Shipping policy

Order processing times. Please allow up to 2 weeks after purchasing an order for it to be shipped out to you *These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Knotty Bear Studio is based in Canada and most orders will ship from either the US or Canada. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking, most orders in North America are received within 2 weeks. Orders outside of North America may take a couple weeks longer to be received. 

Shipping costs. 

Physical Products

  • All merchandise such as mugs, totes, clothings, stickers are made to order and shipped directly from our printing partners.

  • Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, item weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Please be aware that shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the description of the item to confirm where it is shipped from as we have manufacturers in both the US and Canada.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping where available. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Knotty Bear Studio is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the shipping process.

Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see our refund policy.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at knottybearstudio@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Order tracking details. After you make a purchase you should receive an email confirming your order. If you purchased shipping with tracking, please wait for the item to be shipped for tracking info to be sent.

Digital Products

  • All digital items—including crochet patterns, digital journals, and templates—are delivered electronically via email or direct download and do not incur any shipping fees.
