Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Knotty Bear Studio!
Digital Products
All digital items—including crochet patterns, digital journals, and templates—are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once the files have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us at knottybearstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Physical Products
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Knotty Bear Studio does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. All items are made to order and shipped directly from our printers, meaning we do not hold stock. Each item is crafted specifically for you, so please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.

Order failed to deliver.
If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, you will have 14 days from the estimated delivery date to let us know at knottybearstudio@gmail.com of the issue. Please confirm the correct shipping address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
How to Start a Return

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if it has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
